Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

The Business Intelligence Analyst will be the primary data professional supporting the Naval Special Warfare Leader Assessment Program, providing insight that drives leadership development decisions. This full‑time, onsite role involves collecting, managing, analyzing, and presenting assessment data while supervising an administrative assistant.

Key responsibilities

• Collect business intelligence data from Naval Special Warfare and related sources.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators, dashboards, and predictive models.
• Analyze data, provide actionable recommendations, and present findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Manage government‑controlled databases, registration and survey systems, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Supervise the Administrative Support Assistant and serve as program moderator when needed.

Required profile

• U.S. citizen with a valid driver’s license and active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence Analysis, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience developing assessment systems, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Proven experience presenting performance summaries and delivering executive‑level recommendations.
