Business Development Manager – US Fashion B2B Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand the US distribution network for an international fashion brand specializing in evening gowns, cocktail dresses, prom dresses, and formal wear. The role focuses on building B2B relationships with boutiques, multi‑brand retailers, bridal shops and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new B2B accounts across the United States.
• Present collections, guide clients through the buying process and provide ongoing support.
• Develop long‑term relationships and grow a personal portfolio of accounts.
• Identify growth opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B business development, preferably in wholesale fashion.
• Fluent English with excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomous and results‑driven.
• Strong knowledge of the US market is a significant advantage.
