Business Development Manager

About the role

Join ServiceMaster Elite, a fast‑growing commercial cleaning franchise, as a Business Development Manager. You will drive sales growth across the New Orleans and Baton Rouge metro areas by generating leads, building relationships, and closing service agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through outreach, networking, research, and cold calls.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with decision‑makers and present tailored cleaning solutions.
• Negotiate service agreements, scope projects, and prepare accurate estimates.
• Maintain existing accounts, perform customer service and quality checks.
• Track activities and pipeline in HubSpot CRM and forecast monthly/quarterly sales goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of outside sales experience (entry‑level candidates with strong drive considered).
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and handle pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with HubSpot or any CRM platform.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.

What we offer

• Base salary $40,000–$50,000 with uncapped commission and OTE $70,000–$90,000.
