Business Analyst - Oracle EBS Budget to Report (B2R)

About the role

CACI is hiring a Business Analyst (Functional Analyst) for an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 project supporting a Department of War multi-agency program. The role works closely with business stakeholders and Oracle matrixed resources to deliver analysis, solution design, testing and validation. It is a regular, full-time position with no travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, solution, test and provide production support for an Oracle EBS program
• Work with developers, functional analysts and testers to build scalable, efficient and supportable solutions using Oracle and related technologies
• Recommend solutions aligned with the program's global model and long-term strategy for architecture, upgrades, interfaces and enhancements
• Create, modify and run test plans and scripts, and help teams implement fixes
• Provide Tier 2/3 end-user support and work independently on multiple tasks

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of DoD and/or federal Oracle EBS implementation experience
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain an IT-II background investigation
• Desired: experience delivering systems for federal civilian or DoD customers

Required skills

• Maintenance support of Oracle EBS R12 Federal Financials (Budget to Report), with knowledge of P2P, CLM, A2R and O2C
• GL/FV/SLA, especially configuring SLAs, and sub-ledger accounting (AP, FA, AR, PA, CLM)
• Federal budgets, continuing resolution authority, reprogramming, rescissions, prior period adjustments and journal entries
• Reporting on fund management, budget execution and treasury requirements
• Month-end close and year-end close procedures
• Authoring functional design specs, configuration documents, test plans and scripts
