Business Analyst, Functional Transformation

About the role

The Business Analyst, Functional Transformation will support Deloitte's Customer team in delivering innovative strategies, analytics, and technology solutions to improve client experiences. This role involves working on sales and service initiatives across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate interviews, workshops, and requirements sessions to capture and prioritize business needs.
• Analyze current processes, create process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and product owners to shape future‑state solutions.
• Support Salesforce‑enabled CRM solutions by preparing training materials, SOPs, job aids, and UAT documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of business analysis experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Salesforce configuration and usage.
• Agile concepts such as user stories, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Experience with Anthropic Claude Code (optional).
