About the role
We are looking for a Building Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team and keep all facilities running smoothly. You will be responsible for the upkeep of common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, fitness centers, pools, and guest rooms.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical equipment throughout the property.
- Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms and public spaces.
- Ensure all common areas, meeting rooms, restaurants, fitness centers, and pools are clean, safe, and fully operational.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
Required profile
- Proactive and dependable attitude.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus.
