Builder (Product Led)

About the role

Vailent, a subsidiary of Vinmar International, is building AI‑driven infrastructure for the materials industry. As a Product‑Led Builder you will own a product area from discovery through delivery, creating working software with AI agents and shipping it to real users every week.

Key responsibilities

• Run discovery sessions with sales reps, pricing managers and product directors to map real workflows and identify pain points.
• Turn problems into functional prototypes in days, using Claude Code, Cursor or similar AI tools.
• Generate production‑ready pull requests, collaborate with engineering for review and hardening, and ensure each change reaches live users.
• Measure outcomes, instrument releases and report on success metrics, iterating based on user feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning product outcomes and explaining why features were built or omitted.
• Hands‑on experience shipping real software using AI‑code generation tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.).
• Comfort working with messy enterprise data such as ERPs, CRMs and flat files.
• Ability to earn trust of commercial leaders in the chemicals distribution space.

Required skills

• Claude Code or similar AI code generation tool.
• Cursor or comparable AI‑assisted development environment.
• Understanding of API contracts and data schemas.
• Experience with ERP‑mapped master data and integration challenges.
