Builder – Forward Deployed Revenue Operations

About the role

Reevo is looking for a Forward Deployed Revenue Operations Builder to own end‑to‑end deployments of its platform within customer revenue teams. You will work on‑site in San Francisco and travel to customer sites to deliver fast, high‑impact implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Take a signed customer through the full deployment lifecycle, ensuring the revenue team runs daily motions on Reevo.
• Configure the platform to match each customer’s unique sales model, including pipelines, stages, fields, workflows and reporting.
• Wire up integrations such as lead forms, webhooks and data syncs, collaborating with Forward Deployed Software Engineers when production code is needed.
• Manage data migration, mapping, importing and quality‑assuring customer data for day‑one trust.
• Drive user adoption through training, support and removal of adoption blockers.
• Document each deployment as a repeatable playbook and turn successful customers into references.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in implementation, professional services or customer onboarding for B2B SaaS, preferably in CRM, RevOps or workflow automation.
• Customer‑first mindset with strong consultative and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to reason from first principles about diverse business models and translate them into product configurations.
• Comfort with ambiguity, resourcefulness and a high‑slope growth attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and light scripting.
• Experience with SQL, APIs and integrations.
• Hands‑on knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with BI tools and data modeling.
