Build & Release Support Engineer | CI/CD

About the role

We are looking for a Build & Release Support Engineer to provide high‑impact technical support for our customer’s mission‑critical CI/CD services. In this remote position you will ensure that every developer can reliably build, test and release software on a global internal developer platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for build, release and CI/CD pipelines used by thousands of engineers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline failures, build errors and deployment issues.
• Maintain and improve automation scripts and tooling that drive continuous integration and delivery.
• Monitor platform health, performance metrics and incident response.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices and optimize release processes.
• Document support procedures, known issues and resolution steps.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills to work across multiple time zones (US, Canada, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico).
• Self‑motivated with a passion for automation and reliability.
