Bridal Attendant – Hospitality Support

About the role

Landmark Hospitality is looking for a professional, organized Bridal Attendant to provide dedicated support to the bride on her wedding day. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys creating memorable experiences and delivering exceptional hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the bride’s primary point of contact throughout the wedding day.
• Assist with keeping the wedding timeline on schedule and communicate with the bridal party, event staff, and vendors.
• Ensure all personal items and ceremony/reception essentials are in place and help with event setup and breakdown.
• Perform event‑related tasks according to the Banquet Event Order and follow Landmark Hospitality’s service standards.
• Anticipate guest and bridal party needs, provide food and beverage service when appropriate, and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally, and attend required training and team meetings.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift and carry event‑related items for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional appearance.
• Previous hospitality, banquet, or wedding experience is a plus but not required.
