Brand Representative - Menlo Park Mall

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring a Brand Representative for its Menlo Park Mall store. Brand Representatives bring the store experience to life by engaging customers with care, representing the brand authentically and helping create a welcoming environment. The role suits someone who enjoys connecting with customers, helping them find what they need and keeping the store well presented.

Key responsibilities

• Customer experience: provide warm, welcoming and attentive service, anticipate needs, start conversations naturally and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Sales floor maintenance: support product replenishment and keep the sales area clean, organized and visually consistent, including folding, hanging and sizing merchandise.
• Cash wrap operations: process purchases, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently while keeping the checkout experience friendly.
• Online orders: support Save the Sale orders, In-Store Pick-Up and ship-from-store orders so customers get a seamless omni-channel experience.
