Brand Representative - Hollister

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring a Brand Representative for its Hollister store at Broadway Commons in Hollister. Brand Representatives bring the store experience to life by engaging customers with care, representing the brand authentically and helping create a welcoming environment for everyone.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming and attentive service to all customers, anticipate their needs and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Maintain a clean, organized and visually consistent sales floor, including folding, hanging and sizing merchandise.
• Process purchases, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently, keeping the checkout experience friendly.
• Support omni-channel orders such as Save the Sale, in-store pick-up and ship-from-store packaging.
