Brand Owner Sales Representative – Commercial Branding & Transportation

About the role

As a Brand Owner Sales Representative at 3M, you will drive growth of our Commercial Branding and Transportation (CBT) portfolio. You will work with large fleet, signage and personal auto customers, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative 3M solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Sell 3M CBT products and specify solutions to large fleet, signage and personal auto customers.
• Build and manage a pipeline of new business on graphics programs.
• Partner with key account sales teams, provide training on 3M solutions, and prospect new accounts.
• Coordinate business development with Sales Management, Portfolio Teams, Shopper Marketing, Finance, Business Analytics, Application Engineers and Supply Chain.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders using a top‑down, bottom‑up approach.
• Manage sales estimates, CIP, MDF, rebates, claims and travel budgets.
• Interpret industry trends and customer requirements to define guidelines that achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (verified prior to start).
• Minimum five years of sales experience with account‑management responsibility in retail, private, public, government or military environments.
• At least three years of experience working with Brand Owners and developing sales pipelines on brand projects.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: MBA, strong work ethic, proven track record of success, self‑starter attitude, leadership and project‑management abilities.
