Brand Executive – Seattle

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Executive to lead our beauty brand presence across the Seattle market. In this field‑leadership position you will act as the primary ambassador for assigned brands, driving sales, brand awareness and market growth while coaching a team of brand ambassadors.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and sell‑through across the territory by developing and executing effective sales strategies with retail partners.
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Plan, execute and follow up on all brand events, ensuring flawless delivery and post‑event reporting.
• Lead, coach and support field team members, conducting regular store visits, providing feedback and ensuring KPI attainment.
• Recruit and place high‑quality talent to fill open positions within the territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management, district leaders and brand partners, acting as escalation point for challenges.
• Reinforce brand education, product knowledge and selling techniques through training initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven sales‑driven background in the beauty or retail industry.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with retailers and internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop a field sales team.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to travel within the Seattle territory to conduct store visits and events.
