About the role

MKTG is seeking enthusiastic Brand Educators to represent Diageo brands at on‑site events in Alexandria, Virginia. You will engage consumers, provide product education, and help drive brand awareness through sampling experiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Actively engage and educate consumers at points of purchase and experience.
  • Lead sampling journeys, distribute premiums, and follow responsible service guidelines.
  • Complete digital training and post‑event recaps via MKTG reporting tools.
  • Handle promotional materials, use company‑issued debit cards for bar spend, and maintain proper appearance.
  • Capture event photos and contribute to social media content.

Required profile

  • Outgoing, personable, and courteous with a focus on building consumer trust.
  • Reliable – punctual, able to work the full event duration, and maintain a pleasant disposition under stress.

Required skills

  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays or boxes for extended periods.
  • Ability to follow company policies, guidelines, and complete digital training modules.
