Brand Educator – Montpelier, VT

About the role

MKTG is seeking enthusiastic Brand Educators to represent Diageo brands at on‑site events in Montpelier, VT. You will engage consumers, provide product education, and help drive brand awareness through sampling experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Actively engage and educate consumers at points of purchase, experience, and consumption.
• Lead sampling journeys, distribute premiums, and follow responsible service guidelines.
• Complete digital training and brand exams, and present a final 2‑3 minute brand presentation.
• Arrive on time in appropriate attire, manage promotional materials, and ensure proper care of company property.
• Capture event photos, contribute to social media, and complete post‑event recaps.
• Pre‑merchandise accounts, handle debit‑card purchases, and report competitive activity.

Required profile

• Outgoing, personable, and courteous with strong consumer‑facing skills.
• Reliable and punctual, able to work until event end.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Physically able to stand, walk for extended periods and carry heavy trays or boxes.
• Capable of maintaining a pleasant disposition under stress.
