About the role

MKTG is seeking enthusiastic Brand Educators to represent Diageo brands at events in the Belleville/Edwardsville area. You will engage consumers, provide product education, and help increase brand awareness through sampling and interactive experiences.

Key responsibilities

Actively engage and educate consumers at points of purchase, experience, and consumption.
Lead consumers through a sampling journey, adhering to legal and policy guidelines.
Complete digital training and pass brand knowledge exams.
Arrive on time in appropriate attire, set up promotional materials, and handle company‑issued debit cards for bar spend.
Distribute premiums, take event photos, and contribute to social‑media content.
Complete post‑event recaps and report competitive activity.

Required profile

Outgoing, personable, and courteous with strong consumer‑facing skills.
Reliable and punctual, able to stand or walk for extended periods and carry heavy trays or boxes.
Capable of maintaining a pleasant disposition under stress and adhering to responsible server guidelines.
