Brand Educator – Bentonville, AR

About the role

MKTG is seeking enthusiastic Brand Educators to represent Diageo brands at on‑site events in Bentonville. You will engage consumers, provide product education, and help increase brand awareness through interactive sampling experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Actively engage and educate consumers at points of purchase, experience, and consumption.
• Lead sampling journeys, distribute premiums, and follow responsible server guidelines.
• Complete digital training and post‑event recaps, and contribute photos to social media.
• Pre‑merchandise accounts, handle promotional materials, and ensure proper care of company property.
• Report competitive activity and adhere to MKTG policies and the Diageo Marketing Code.

Required profile

• Outgoing, personable, and courteous with strong consumer‑facing skills.
• Reliable – punctual, able to work event hours, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays or boxes for extended periods.
• Ability to absorb extensive brand knowledge, pass exams, and deliver a concise presentation.
• Comfortable using tech platforms for training, reporting, and event documentation.
