About the role
The Manager, Brand & Creative Services leads creative operations at Bogg, ensuring the brand is consistently top‑of‑mind across retail, PR, and marketing initiatives. This hands‑on leader balances brand strategy, production timelines, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage intake, prioritization, and scheduling of all creative briefs across DTC, wholesale, packaging, and PR.
- Identify risks and resource gaps early to keep launches on track.
- Oversee photo and video production, including budgeting, vendor coordination, on‑set execution, and post‑production.
- Direct print production for packaging, hangtags, inserts, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain and evolve creative software, workflows, and tools to scale with business growth.
- Partner proactively with major retail accounts to anticipate needs and deliver wholesale assets such as catalogs, line sheets, visual merchandising, signage, and digital materials.
- Own the creative budget for activations, asset creation, supplies, in‑store, and PR moments.
- Continuously improve systems and processes to eliminate bottlenecks.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in creative operations, production, or brand operations, preferably within consumer, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record supporting wholesale accounts and retail marketing execution.
- Strong project‑management abilities with a builder mindset for creating structure in a growing environment.
- Confident communicator able to set expectations, push back when needed, and protect timelines.
- Detail‑obsessed, brand‑driven, and solutions‑oriented.

What we offer
