Brand and Marketing Manager – USA

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Brand and Marketing Manager for the United States to develop and execute brand and marketing plans that drive customer growth and strengthen brand equity. Reporting to the Regional Manager Brand & Marketing, you will translate market insights into integrated campaigns across paid, earned, shared and owned channels.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Emirates’ brand strategy in the US market, ensuring alignment with business goals and local dynamics.
• Adapt regional positioning to maintain consistency and relevance for the local audience.
• Use commercial data, research and customer insights to guide tactical decisions and improve brand performance.
• Act as the primary liaison between country teams and regional marketing, balancing priorities and supporting smooth campaign execution.
• Develop and brief marketing plans, manage budgets, monitor performance and mitigate risks.
• Stay up‑to‑date with trends across all media channels and recommend adjustments to keep the brand competitive.
• Collaborate with regional peers to share best practices and contribute to process improvements.
• Ensure executional excellence and adherence to SOPs for precise marketing delivery.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, International Business or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in marketing and media communication.
• Proven ability to adapt regional marketing strategies into local plans.
• Successful track record of collaborating with cross‑functional and cross‑regional teams.
• Experience working in an international organization with matrix accountability.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data.
• Demonstrated success in launching integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
