Brand and Marketing Internship

About the role

Ray, a design‑forward residential development company, is seeking a Brand and Marketing Intern for Fall 2026. You will support the production team across brand coordination, marketing, social media, and programming to help shape the company’s rapidly expanding portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with brand coordination, including daily digital filing, system organization, and tracking project timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Produce marketing assets such as flyers, signage, brochures, business cards, invitations, and leasing collateral.
• Draft event listings, create email marketing campaigns, and support photoshoot production and logistics.
• Upload and update content on project websites using the Sanity CMS.
• Support social media content creation, including on‑site footage capture at NYC and Philly properties.
• Research design movements, objects, and figures to inform Instagram Reels scripts.
• Collaborate with the Programming and Partnerships Director to coordinate art‑focused resident events and operate rotating exhibition spaces.

Required skills

• Experience with a content management system (Sanity CMS).
• Basic photo/video capture and editing.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and social media platforms.
