Brand Ambassador – Retail Sales (Vineland, NJ)

About the role

Renuity is looking for enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to promote our home‑improvement products and services in Vineland. You will engage directly with prospective and existing customers, delivering compelling in‑store presentations and helping homeowners envision their next renovation.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Renuity by promoting high‑quality products and services through retail marketing campaigns and events.
• Deliver engaging, face‑to‑face sales presentations that highlight premium products and expert installation.
• Participate in ongoing training to sharpen sales techniques and deepen product knowledge.
• Travel within the local market as needed and be available to work weekends and occasional weekdays.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales or customer‑facing roles (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Self‑starter attitude with a drive to exceed goals.
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and travel locally.
• Availability for Saturday and/or Sunday shifts.
