Entry Level Sales Development Specialist (Vineland, NJ)

About the role

Renuity is looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Development Specialist to represent our home‑improvement brand in Vineland. You will promote high‑quality products and services, deliver engaging face‑to‑face presentations, and use ongoing training to build a solid foundation for a career in sales or management.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Renuity’s products and services through in‑store retail marketing campaigns and events.
• Deliver compelling, face‑to‑face sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
• Participate in regular training sessions to sharpen sales techniques and deepen product knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure a seamless buying experience.
• Travel within the local market as needed and work flexible schedules, including weekends.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of experience in sales or customer‑facing roles (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Self‑starter attitude with a drive to exceed goals.
• Willingness to learn from teammates and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work Saturdays and/or Sundays, with additional weekday opportunities.
