About the role
Join MKTG as a Brand Ambassador in Chico, CA, working evenings Thursday‑Saturday at local events. You will represent high‑profile brands, educate consumers, and help drive brand awareness.
Key responsibilities
- Engage and educate consumers at the point of experience, purchase and consumption.
- Deliver brand‑specific sampling journeys while following legal and company guidelines.
- Complete digital training and product knowledge exams.
- Arrive on time in appropriate attire, handle promotional materials, and ensure proper care of company property.
- Take event photos, complete post‑event recaps, and report competitive activity.
Required profile
- Outgoing, personable, and courteous with strong consumer‑facing skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work 2‑4‑hour shifts from 4 pm to 12 am.
- Must be 21 years or older and able to stand/walk for extended periods.
Required skills
- Ability to absorb extensive brand knowledge and pass related exams.
- Comfort with digital platforms for training, reporting, and social‑media contributions.
