About the role

The Brand Ambassador Manager will lead a team of promoters across retail venues and events, driving lead generation for the sales organization. This full‑time, onsite role requires travel to various locations, coaching, and performance optimization.

Key responsibilities

Recruit, train, coach, and mentor marketing associates and promoters.
Develop solutions to challenges and ensure lead‑generation targets are met cost‑effectively.
Maintain strong relationships with business leadership, customers, and employees.
Motivate the team to achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
Track and communicate all activity to Retail/Events Operations.

Required profile

Experience in face‑to‑face marketing, canvassing, or promotion.
Proven management or leadership experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Availability to work weekends consistently.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to pass background checks.
