Brand Ambassador – Field Sales (Coral Springs, FL)

About the role

Renuity is seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent the company at in‑store retail events and local marketing campaigns throughout South Florida. This field‑based position offers a fast‑paced environment where you will engage directly with homeowners, educate them about premium home‑improvement solutions, and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Renuity at retail events, trade shows, and community marketing activities.
• Deliver confident product presentations that highlight windows, doors, roofs, and bath upgrades.
• Engage customers face‑to‑face, answer questions, and promote the benefits of home‑renovation services.
• Collect and qualify leads for the sales team, ensuring accurate follow‑up.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional‑development sessions.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or other customer‑facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and comfortable working in a performance‑based environment.
• Willingness to travel locally for events and store placements.
• Availability on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) with possible weekday shifts.
