About the role

Renuity is looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Development Specialist to represent the brand at in‑store retail events and local marketing campaigns across South Florida. You will engage homeowners face‑to‑face, educate them on premium home‑improvement solutions, and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Renuity at in‑store retail events and local marketing campaigns.
• Engage customers directly to promote windows, doors, roofs, and bath upgrades.
• Deliver confident product presentations and capture qualified leads.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Travel within the local area for events and store placements, including weekend availability.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or other customer‑facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a drive to exceed performance goals.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached.
• Energetic, outgoing, goal‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced, performance‑based environment.
