Branch Director (Technology) - Richmond

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Branch Director (Technology) in Richmond, Virginia. As Branch Director you will oversee multiple practice directors and/or act as Practice Director for one practice group, motivate and direct all branch employees, drive incremental revenue growth in line with Robert Half targets, lead marketing and cross-market activities, and supervise the administrative functions of the branch.

Key responsibilities

• Drive branch growth through revenue-generating activities and multi-practice-group performance, meeting productivity standards
• Manage resources: attract, source and hire, train, develop and retain staff, and build a high-performing team
• Develop and execute a customer retention and expansion strategy, monitor service quality and build customer loyalty
• Lead marketing, business development and change management, and resolve issues with staff, clients and candidates
• Provide mentoring, coaching and development, and promote an inclusive, collaborative culture

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred
• 2+ years of management or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of Talent Manager experience
• Proven performance in Talent Manager or Practice Director roles
• Experience developing and managing budgets
• Demonstrated success in business generation and business development

Required skills

• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of financial business trends and ability to set revenue, margin and operating income goals

• Typical salary range of $70,000 to $95,000, negotiable, with a performance-based bonus
