About the role

Boba Guys is seeking enthusiastic milk‑tea and coffee lovers to join their Rockridge location. You’ll deliver top‑notch hospitality while preparing a variety of drinks and maintaining a clean workspace.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver next‑level hospitality to guests and coworkers.
• Consistently prepare menu items including milk tea, matcha, coffee, espresso, tea and specialty drinks.
• Learn and produce all prepared items and toppings such as boba, fruit purees, and teas.
• Complete housekeeping tasks like sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, deep cleaning equipment, and taking out refuse.

Required profile

• Passionate about creating experiences for others and constantly seeking ways to exceed expectations.
• Experienced in food‑and‑beverage or fast‑paced retail environments.
• Willing to learn new skills and share knowledge with guests and the team.

Required skills

• Ability to lift, move, or handle up to 25 lb regularly and up to 40 lb occasionally.
• Ability to accurately count cash and coins while operating a register.
