Board Certified Body Imaging Radiologist

About the role

Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible fellowship‑trained Body Imaging Radiologist. The position is primarily on‑site at a large outpatient super clinic adjacent to a new $50 million state‑of‑the‑art cancer center, with occasional remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and report body imaging studies, including advanced MRI and PET examinations.
• Participate in after‑hours coverage (seven nights per week) as part of the internal nighthawks/VRAD team.

Required profile

• Board certification or eligibility in Radiology.
• Fellowship training in Body Imaging preferred; experience with advanced MRI techniques and PET is a bonus.
• Flexibility to subspecialize or narrow focus of practice within the radiology group.

Required skills

• Advanced MRI techniques (prostate, cervix, rectal MR).
• PET imaging interpretation.
