Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time Center-Based

About the role

Join Bounce Therapy Center as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working full‑time in a center‑based setting. You will provide evidence‑based ABA services to preschool‑aged children with autism, collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Review assessment findings with caregivers and provide compassionate guidance.
• Develop and update individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide direct and indirect supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Analyze treatment data regularly and make data‑driven clinical decisions.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality, documentation, and ethical practice.
• Collaborate closely with the onsite Clinical Director and multidisciplinary team.

Required profile

• Current BCBA certification.
• Active New Jersey BCBA license.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical, evidence‑based practice.
