Billing Specialist

About the role

The Billing Specialist at Konica Minolta ensures accurate and timely generation of customer invoices while supporting internal and external stakeholders. This role focuses on precision, responsiveness, and professionalism to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in line with billing schedules and contractual terms.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, including cancellations, rebills, credit/debit memos, and disputed charges.
• Conduct invoice audits using SAP and other reporting tools to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Validate order details and meter reads for account‑specific billing requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments and customers to gather information needed for invoice accuracy.
• Respond promptly to billing inquiries via phone, email, and fax using the call‑center platform.
• Provide coverage during team absences, special projects, and peak periods.
• Maintain strict adherence to Konica Minolta’s billing policies, procedures, and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years professional experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable, preferably within an SAP environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Customer‑focused with a professional and courteous approach.
