Bilingual Spanish Home Care RN – Flexible Schedule

About the role

Our Raleigh Skilled Nursing Office is seeking a Registered Nurse who is bilingual in Spanish and passionate about delivering high‑quality home care. You will join a supportive team that offers flexible scheduling and a culture focused on compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home near you and provide one‑to‑one care.
• Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments, monitor client conditions, and document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Maintain autonomy while delivering skilled nursing services in the client’s home and at school.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current RN license in good standing in the state of North Carolina.
• Preferred: at least one year of nursing experience (LPN or RN).
