Bilingual Spanish Home Care LPN with Paid Training

About the role

Join BAYADA's Raleigh Skilled Nursing Office as a Bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing compassionate home care. Paid training and onboarding will equip you with hands‑on skills before you work independently.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home and provide one‑to‑one care.
• Execute and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments, monitor conditions, and document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Maintain autonomy while delivering care in the client’s home and at school.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state.
• Preferred: one year of nursing experience (LPN or RN).

Required skills

• Patient assessment and monitoring.
• Accurate clinical documentation.
• Execution of physicians’ orders.
