Bilingual Senior Travel Consultant (French & English)

About the role

As a Bilingual Senior Travel Consultant at BCD Travel you will deliver high‑touch, end‑to‑end travel support to corporate clients across the United States. Working remotely, you will handle inbound requests through phone, email and other channels, providing expert advice, accurate reservations and proactive upselling of related services.

Key responsibilities

• Search, design and confirm complex itineraries, offering optimal routings, fare options and alternative accommodations.
• Interpret and apply client travel policies, ensuring compliance with DOT, TSA, passport, visa and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of travel supplier rules and industry trends, communicating insights to clients and internal teams.
• Utilise BCD’s proprietary tools and GDS platforms to process bookings efficiently and accurately.
• Provide multilingual support in English and French, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international travel reservations and corporate travel consulting.
• Strong understanding of travel policies, regulations and supplier contracts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high service standards.

Required skills

• Expert use of GDS Sabre.
• Proficiency with BCD Travel applications and reservation tools.
