Bilingual Senior Medical Billing Specialist (English & Spanish)

About the role

SnappyCX is seeking a bilingual senior medical billing specialist fluent in English and Spanish to manage U.S. healthcare billing and revenue cycle processes. This fully remote position requires independent handling of claims, denials, accounts receivable, and payer follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit accurate claims to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurers.
• Manage claim rejections, denials, appeals, and resubmissions, and perform AR follow‑up on aging claims.
• Verify patient eligibility, reconcile EOBs/ERAs, and support payment posting and account reconciliation.
• Work with payer portals, clearinghouses, and billing systems to resolve claim issues and monitor outstanding AR.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on U.S. medical billing experience in a practice, clinic, or healthcare organization.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with professional communication skills in both languages.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
