Bilingual Sales Coordinator (English/Spanish) – Hybrid – Southeast US

About the role

US Foods is seeking a bilingual Sales Coordinator to support customers and Territory Managers across the Southeast region. The position is primarily remote with occasional onsite visits to distribution centers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for assigned Territory Managers and customers, handling orders, issues, and inquiries.
• Review and process orders entered through US Foods Online, ensuring accuracy and suggesting suitable substitutes when needed.
• Provide administrative support to Territory Managers and District Sales Managers, including order entry and documentation.
• Escalate and resolve customer issues by coordinating with Operations, Credit, Transportation, and Product Sales Support teams.
• Promote US Foods.com and value‑added services, highlighting promotions, up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple customer requests efficiently.
• Willingness to work onsite approximately once per month for training or meetings.
