About the role

Join Mangone Law Firm as a Bilingual Recruiter working remotely to source and secure top talent for both on‑site and remote positions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s workforce, ensuring candidates align with our high standards of quality and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Create and continuously update detailed Candidate Avatars for each vacancy.
• Draft, review, and refine engaging job posts that reflect the firm’s brand.
• Publish and maintain vacancies across job boards, university networks, and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Workable, refreshing listings weekly.
• Proactively source candidates for U.S.‑based and remote roles.
• Manage multi‑stage interview calendars and coordinate candidate assessments.
• Ensure all recruitment activities meet the firm’s strict quality and cultural standards.
