About the role

Quality Cleaning Plus is seeking a full‑time, hybrid Bilingual Recruiter to join its team in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions across hospitality, cleaning, banquets, food & beverage, and other service areas. The role combines office‑based recruiting tasks with on‑site visits to hotel properties throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings and manage listings on multiple job boards.
• Review applications, conduct phone and in‑person interviews in both English and Spanish.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hospitality and cleaning service roles.
• Coordinate with property managers and hotel directors to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain candidate communication, support onboarding, and handle new‑hire documentation.
• Travel within the Dallas‑Fort Worth area for on‑site interviews and property visits.

Required profile

• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience with full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ability to build professional relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple openings simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior recruiting or hospitality experience preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job board platforms.
