Bilingual Recruiter – Enterprise Solutions (English/French)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (English/French) Recruiter to join Hays Enterprise Solutions’ RPO team supporting a leading renewable‑energy client in Canada. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical, corporate and operations positions, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned requisitions, from intake and sourcing to interview coordination and offer delivery.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for a variety of roles across the client’s business.
• Meet service‑level agreements while delivering a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate data and workflow compliance within the ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide market insights, recruitment strategy and process guidance.
• Collaborate closely with sourcers and coordinators to keep the hiring process moving efficiently.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders, flagging risks and managing expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in an RPO, in‑house or agency environment.
• Bilingual fluency in English and French.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, corporate or service roles in the renewable‑energy sector is a plus.
• Proven ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Highly organized with excellent time‑management and prioritisation skills.
