Bilingual Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a professional, bilingual (English/Spanish) Receptionist to join our legal team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing a welcoming experience and supporting attorneys with essential administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients, determine purpose of visit, and provide initial information about services.
• Collect preliminary case details from new clients and record them for attorneys or legal assistants.
• Answer and route telephone calls using a PABX system, take messages, and manage correspondence.
• Maintain office supplies, liaise with vendors, and ensure conference rooms are prepared for meetings.
• Assist attorneys, paralegals, and other staff with various clerical duties as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Entry‑level experience in an office setting, preferably legal.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Sound judgment and decision‑making ability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Outlook.
• Familiarity with ProDoc.
