About the role

The Supervisory Program Analyst (Regional Team Lead) provides leadership and oversight for a team of Regional Program Analysts delivering Military Community Support Programs across multiple regions. This position ensures alignment with agency goals, effective communication of policies, and data‑driven improvements to program delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day supervision, guidance, and direction to a team of Regional Program Analysts.
• Oversee implementation of assigned programs and services across all regions, ensuring they align with agency objectives.
• Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of guidance, policy updates, and strategic messaging to relevant stakeholders.
• Serve as the liaison between Military Services, community partners, and Military Community Support Programs to maintain operational cohesion and collaborative partnerships.
• Analyze regional utilization data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and develop data‑driven strategies to enhance program effectiveness.

Required profile

• At least one year of specialized experience leading programmatic oversight, guidance, and liaison activities for non‑medical counseling and military family programs, including monitoring service delivery, managing workload distribution, ensuring regulatory compliance, and recommending improvements.
• U.S. citizenship, completion of the Pre‑Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service (for male applicants born after December 31, 1959), and ability to obtain a Secret clearance through a Tier 3 investigation.
