Bilingual Quality Assurance Analyst – English & Spanish

About the role

Centerfield is seeking a bilingual Quality Assurance Analyst to evaluate and improve agent interactions in both English and Spanish. The analyst will ensure calls meet quality and compliance standards while supporting agent development across our digital marketing platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate daily agent calls in English and Spanish.
• Achieve departmental and client evaluation targets.
• Provide coaching and feedback based on call reviews.
• Document scores, trends, and audit findings.
• Use internal software to locate and review recordings.
• Report daily production metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with account managers, supervisors, and team leads.
• Complete assigned quality‑related projects and high‑level evaluations on time.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance within a contact‑center environment.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting and meet performance goals.
• Effective time‑management and organizational abilities.
