Bilingual Program Administrator – French & English

About the role

OneMagnify is seeking a bilingual Program Administrator to join its Loyalty & Incentives team. You will act as the primary liaison between customers, client programs, and internal delivery teams, ensuring smooth, accurate, and secure operation of loyalty and incentive initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in French and English, providing clear and professional assistance.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, guiding them through program details and resolution paths.
• Review and verify eligibility using internal tools and program databases, creating and documenting cases, including escalated issues.
• Ensure incentive and loyalty payments are processed according to program rules.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Supervisors, and quality teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
• Maintain quality standards, handle confidential information (including PII) with discretion, and support consistent, repeatable processes.
• Participate in scheduled training and adhere to a consistent work schedule (10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. ET, Monday‑Friday).

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in French and English.
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to handle sensitive data accurately and discreetly.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of following established quality policies.
• Willingness to work a fixed schedule and collaborate across teams.
