About the role

Clarity Pediatrics is building a virtual pediatric ADHD clinic and seeks a bilingual pediatrician to provide comprehensive care to children and teens with ADHD. This remote, full‑time position allows you to work with a multidisciplinary team while delivering diagnosis, medication management, and family support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical services for children and teens with ADHD, focusing on diagnosis and medication management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other clinicians.
• Complete administrative work and clinical documentation accurately and promptly.
• Contribute to program development, evaluation, and iteration to improve care delivery.

Required profile

• Licensed to practice medicine in California.
• Board certified in Pediatrics.
• Minimum five years of patient‑care experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and experienced working with culturally diverse families.
• Interest or experience in Lifestyle Medicine.
• Enthusiasm for working in a startup environment and learning new technologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Experience using telemedicine platforms for virtual care.

What we offer

• Target salary $220,000‑$245,000 per year plus a 5% increase after Spanish fluency verification.
