Bilingual Marketing Manager – NYC

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Marketing Manager to lead the launch of Bears with Benefits in the Canadian market while based in New York City. You will own acquisition and retention strategies, shape brand positioning, and drive performance across all digital channels for a fast‑growing European supplement brand.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and continuously optimize the bilingual Canadian website (French & English), focusing on content adaptation, conversion, and performance tracking.
• Define and execute a digital growth strategy that includes paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google), SEO, CRM, Amazon advertising, influencer marketing, and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee media and creative agencies to ensure brand consistency and strong ROI.
• Build and manage retention programs, including subscription models, loyalty initiatives, and community engagement.
• Collaborate with US and European teams to maintain global brand consistency and share best practices.

Required profile

• Currently located in NYC with experience in the American and/or Canadian consumer market.
• 3‑4 years of digital marketing, growth, and e‑commerce experience focused on the Canadian market.
• Proven track record in acquisition and performance channels such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and Amazon.
• Strong analytical abilities, budget management experience, and success working with external partners.
• Native Canadian French and fluent English.
• Authorized to work in the United States (no H‑1B sponsorship).
