Bilingual Intake Specialist (Latin America Only)

About the role

The Intake Specialist is the first point of contact for prospective clients of Sussman Law Firm. You will qualify leads, schedule initial consultations, and provide clear, empathetic communication to individuals navigating family and immigration matters.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as web‑based submissions.
• Assist prospective clients (leads) in qualifying them during the intake process.
• Gather accurate client information while demonstrating empathy and discretion.
• Schedule initial consultations and ensure smooth hand‑off to attorneys.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachelor's degree desirable).
• Bilingual language skills (English and Spanish for Latin America).
• Reliable personal computer, headset, and internet connection of at least 3 Mbps.
• Call‑center or customer‑service experience.
• Availability for a 40‑45 hour work week with schedule flexibility and a half‑day Saturday rotation.
