About the role

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable bilingual front‑desk associate to be the first point of contact for clients, families, visitors, and team members at our clinic in Walnut Creek, CA. The role involves creating a welcoming and professional experience while handling a variety of administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, families, visitors, and guests upon arrival.
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate team member.
• Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and general email correspondence.
• Maintain a clean, organized front‑desk and reception area.
• Track office supply inventory and coordinate orders as needed.
• Provide basic administrative support, including document filing, scheduling assistance, and other clerical tasks.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish, verbal and written.
• Previous front‑desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional, friendly, and customer‑service oriented demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with scheduling or administrative software (preferred).
• Comfortable using standard office equipment such as printers and scanners.
