Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file motions, removal notices, adjustment of status (AOS) applications, and notices to appear.
• Conduct legal research and draft technical documents for immigration court cases.
• Organize and maintain client files with meticulous attention to detail.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and internal teams to ensure timely case progression.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in immigration law, specifically immigration court practice.
• Bilingual proficiency (B2‑C1 level) in English and Spanish.
• Strong ethical standards, confidentiality, and empathy for immigrant communities.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to adapt to changing legislation.
