About the role

Join Mangone Law Firm as a Bilingual Immigration Court Paralegal and support our attorneys in representing clients before U.S. immigration courts. This fully remote position allows you to make a tangible impact on the lives of families seeking legal status in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with immigration court filings, including motions, removal defenses, adjustment of status (AOS) applications, and notices to appear.
• Conduct thorough legal research on immigration statutes, case law, and procedural updates.
• Draft and proofread legal documents, briefs, and correspondence with precision.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure all documentation complies with court requirements.
• Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish, providing clear updates and gathering necessary information.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in immigration law with a focus on court matters.
• Proficiency in English (B2‑C1) and Spanish (B2‑C1).
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability to legislative changes, and a collaborative mindset.
• Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and high‑quality client service.
